CANCELLED FLIGHTS – UPDATES MUST BE GIVEN :
If your flight is canceled and a driver is already waiting at the airport for your scheduled journey, you must notify us immediately. Please provide ongoing updates regarding your new travel arrangements so we can adjust and accommodate your collection accordingly. However, if your rescheduled journey extends into the next working day, starting from midnight, this will be considered a lost trip. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund. Additionally, if your new journey falls on the next working day, you will be required to book and pay for a new trip at full price.
